Disons que sur l'ensemble l'hotel respecte les standards internationaux. Ce qui se pert malheureusement, c'est la façon de servir le client; et cela dans tout le térritoire Tunisien. L'anciènne génération avait une approche plus sincères et dédiée vers le client ce qui n'est pas le cas des jeunes (serveurs en particuliers). Cordialement.

Our stay at Golden Tulip Carthage was 1 of the best stay´s in Tunis or Gamarth- Carthage. We stayd in about 6 different hotels around Tunis, Golden Tulip was one of the bests. The room was clean and nice. We got a nice welcome plate with fruite in the room. The staf was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was great and very nice staf in the restaurant. Also the food was very nice and looked very nice. The whole atmosfeer was very nice. We booked a 4 night stay, 1 night free. This made the hotel realy value for money. Thanks to al of the staf and reception they all made our stay unforgettable. We will be stay again if we need an hotel in Tunis.
